Preliminary Proposal For Negotiations
PRELIMINARY PROPOSAL FOR NEGOTIATIONS
The following proposal is not legally binding and creates no rights or duties in favor of either party. The proposal constitutes neither a memorandum of agreement nor an offer to enter into an agreement on the terms stated in the proposal. Rather, the proposal is provided solely to facilitate negotiations between the parties, and the parties shall incur no obligations or liabilities to each other unless and until the authorized officers of the parties execute a formal written agreement.
